Registered Medical Practitioner Registered Medical Practitioner is a person who is registered under state medical register of state medical council after finishing the undergraduate medical course in a college recognized by state government and approved by medical council of India. A doctor/medical professional is authorized to conduct practice only after registering name in state medical register.
